2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed using Postnet and 3-5 working days using PAXI.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Express Shipping 5– 7 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (for international orders)
Carrier-related issues

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if eligible.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
