After receiving your shoes, we don’t do refunds, we only do returns and exchanges. You will choose shoes within the same price range unless you placed an order and we don’t have what you want.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product)f.


Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.


How to Initiate a Return

Online Purchases:

2. We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the sneakers securely and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you quickly.
